Acolad collects Personal data through the Acolad Portal website which uses cookies.

These cookies are necessary for the Acolad Portal to function and cannot be switched off. They are used to facilitate your login to your Acolad Portal account, meaning that you won’t be able to log on to the Portal if you disable them. Your Acolad Portal user interface may present you with on-screen user documentation, e.g. onboarding flows, or temporary release or downtime information.

This information is provided thanks to a third-party application called Appcues (

Appcues stores information that permits us to selectively display onboarding flows to some or all users.

All information passed on to Appcues is anonymized.
